Recently, the company’s 30th Quality Control Circle (QCC) results presentation conference came to a successful conclusion. In this session, employees across the company showed strong enthusiasm for QCC improvement, with a total of 112 project topics submitted, setting a new historical record. The conference adopted a two-round evaluation format: 39 teams took the stage in the first round to present and compete, and nine outstanding teams advanced to the second round. Moving away from the traditional reporting style, the teams were full of creativity and adopted novel formats—including two-person comic acts, skits, model demonstrations, and creative fashion shows—to present their improvement results, making the event lively, engaging, and full of highlights.
This QCC improvement activity produced fruitful results, fully demonstrating the value of QC teams in driving practical quality improvement. At the same time, the conference frankly addressed existing shortcomings: QCC participation among departments remains uneven, some teams show insufficient motivation, and there is still room to improve the depth and breadth of on-site improvements.

The company’s Lean Director delivered concluding remarks at the conference, providing precise guidance for subsequent improvement work. He proposed:
Drive improvement with data: leverage the company’s data platform, make data analysis a regular practice, and establish a working mindset of validating with data and making decisions based on data.
Deepen quality improvement through details: focus on the small aspects of each position, never overlook a small improvement, and continuously tap the potential for production quality improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency gains.
Energize the improvement atmosphere: create a positive and relaxed innovation environment, mobilize the enthusiasm of all employees, make improvement the norm, and let QCC activities become common practice.
In response to the shortcomings identified at this conference, the company will analyze the reasons behind differences in departmental participation and formulate optimization measures, strengthen activity promotion and mobilization, advance the implementation of data-driven improvement models, and further integrate QCC tools into daily work.
Every deep engagement in QCC improvement yields visible results and positive feedback. Each project tackled and each on-site optimization turns quality and efficiency improvements into tangible outcomes. Past achievements are both an accumulation and a new starting point. The company looks forward to all employees maintaining their enthusiasm for improvement, actively participating in improvement activities, and contributing to the company’s high-quality development.
